    5. Third-Party Services

    We share limited data with the following processors:

    • Google Ireland Ltd. — intended provider for GA4 performance analytics if deployed after consent (see Google's Privacy Policy).
    • Voluum — intended provider for attribution measurement if deployed after consent.
    • Our cloud service providers — database hosting for newsletter subscriptions in the EU.
    • Lovable — application hosting and content delivery.

    If a provider transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, we require an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised under EU law.

    6. Data Retention

    • Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
    • Future GA4 performance data: the configured retention period will be disclosed before deployment.
    • Future Voluum attribution data: the configured retention period will be disclosed before deployment.
    • Consent and age-verification preferences: up to 12 months in your browser.

    7. Your Rights

    Under Irish and EU data protection law, and subject to applicable conditions, you have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we hold about you.
    • Request correction or deletion ("right to be forgotten").
    • Object to or restrict certain types of processing.

    • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
